  6. After checking another article out on your website, this one caught my eye and I had to spend some time reading about how to promote videos effectively online. This is a subject area that is near and dear to my heart, and I am always looking for new insight and means to do better at promoting our videos.

    Youtube is a pillar platform for our video marketing efforts, although there are many other sites that you can also publish to for more visibility, and we use it a lot and do have our channel on that platform. The ideas to maximize and optimize the channel you have mentioned are super. I have taken notes and will implement a couple of new ones (for us) to our strategy immediately.

    One idea that I did not see mentioned (I may have missed it) I want to ask your opinion about: Do you recommend creating specialized thumbnails for the videos that you publish? I have seen these being used more and more lately, and although they can be eye-catching, they do require some extra effort. Is that effort worth it or a waste of time?
